Oceanside CA— On Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 8:15 PM, two victims were dropping off a prearranged medical marijuana sales package in the 2300 block of Maravilla Way in Oceanside. While waiting for an answer at the door, the two victims were surrounded by three males. One of the victims realized it was a set up and ran. Two of the suspects caught him, assaulted him, and stole one pound of medical marijuana from him.
The other victim was assaulted with a stun gun and punched. The three suspects fled the area in a silver colored Saturn.
A short while later, officers stopped a silver colored Saturn in the area of Holiday Way and Trunks Bay. They conducted a felony hot stop on the vehicle, which was occupied by three males who matched the descriptions of three of the suspects. A field line up was conducted and the three were positively identified as the suspects in the robbery. Evidence was recovered, which was consistent with the incident. The suspects were booked on a charge of PC 211 – robbery.
