
Camp Pendleton CA— The noise will continue to rumble from Camp Pendleton with 24 hour firing scheduled for today, Tuesday, March 15 and Wednesday, March 16. Below is a list of noise generating events through the 18th.
Tuesday, Mar. 15 – Mortar Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area. – Artillery Fire 0001-2359 (24 Hour Firing) Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area.
Wednesday, Mar. 16 – Mortar Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area. – Artillery Fire 0001-2359 (24 Hour Firing) Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area.
Thursday, Mar. 17 – Mortar Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area. – Artillery Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area.
Friday, Mar. 18 – Mortar Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area. – Artillery Fire 0600-2359 Firing High Explosive munitions into the Whiskey/Zulu Impact area.
Note: Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.
