Oceanside CA— Last night, July 19, 2017, at approximately 10:50 pm, Oceanside Police Officers responded to a medical aid in the 2400 block of Winter Road. Officers arrived on scene and found the victim inside a residence with multiple injuries.

Officers rendered medical aid until Paramedics arrived on scene. The victim, a 38-year-old, White male adult from Oceanside, was subsequently transported to a local area hospital for further treatment. His condition is critical at this time.
Detectives from the Oceanside Police Department Investigations Division responded to the scene and are currently conducting a follow-up into this incident. Due to the fact that this is an active investigation no further details are being released at this time.
