San Diego County CA— The acreage affected by the Lilac fire remains at 4,100 with no structures being threatened. The number of structures destroyed remains at 157 with 64 damaged by the wildfire that began shortly after 11:00am, Thursday, December 7, 2017
The CalFire Incident Management team will be transitioning back to local control today and have completed their inspections.
The only area still closed to everyone except residents with I.D. is Rancho Monserate Country Club.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation
