Oceanside CA— This morning, April 11, 2018 at approximately 5:14 a.m., Oceanside Police Officers responded to the area of Dubuque and Mc Neil Streets where a deceased Male was found on the sidewalk. The Male had sustained an unknown type injury to the upper body and is believed to be in his 20’s.
Oceanside Police Detectives from the Crimes of Violence unit responded to the scene to investigate.
