Oceanside CA— This afternoon, July 19, 2018 at 3:15pm, Oceanside Police officers were dispatched to 3342 E. Tropicana Dr. in regards to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 19-year-old male victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper torso. The victim was later flown to the hospital in stable condition.
There is currently no suspect description however the suspect was seen fleeing in a white 4 door sedan (possible Honda). The vehicle was last seen westbound on E. Tropicana Drive. Oceanside Detectives are currently on scene conducting the investigative follow up to this incident.
