Oceanside CA— On Sunday, August 26, 2018, at 5:15PM, Oceanside Police responded to a reported shooting with multiple victims in front of 3784 Mission Ave. When officers arrived they found two adult female victims with gunshot wounds to their legs.  Both victims were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  A third victim was later contacted at the hospital with a minor injury.

During the course of the investigation, Investigators developed information as to the identity of three suspects. On Monday evening August 27, 2018, investigators arrested:

• Anthony Tua 19-years-old – Oceanside Resident
• Deshune Bryant 18-years-old – Fallbrook Resident

A 16-year-old juvenile was also arrested but not identified due to his age.
It does not appear that the victims were the intended targets as the suspects shot into a large group of people.  The shooting appears to have been gang motivated.
