Fallbrook CA— Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on November 2, 2018, Deputies assigned to the Fallbrook Sheriff’s Sub-Station received a radio call that a suspicious person, possibly Oscar Rodas, was at the Colorspot Nursery, in Fallbrook. Rodas is the suspect in the murder of Yesenia Becerril in Fallbrook on November 1, 2018. [Link]
Deputies established a perimeter and began searching for Rodas. During the suspect’s arrest, he was contacted by a Sheriff’s K9 and sustained injuries to his leg. Rodas was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.
Once cleared for booking, Rodas will be transported to the San Diego Central Jail and booked for one count of murder.
