Oceanside CA— The Oceanside City Council has shifted the workshop scheduled for 2:00pm on Aught 14, 2019 to 6:00pm for the public hearing on the Coast highway Corridor Study. The Coast Highway Corridor Study Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) will be presented to the City Council in the City Council Chambers at 6 p.m. on August 14th.
Staff recommendation to the City Council will be for the adoption of Alternative 3, which includes Complete Streets features between Harbor Drive and Morse Street and Incentive District zoning from Seagaze Drive to Morse Street.
