Encinitas CA— On Tuesday, October 8, 2019, the Sheriff’s Department received a call from a citizen in the 1200 block of Summit Ave., about a foul odor they could smell in the area. Deputies responded and checked the area and noticed the smell. They conducted an investigation and obtained a warrant to search a residence on that street.
At approximately 5:15 p.m. detectives from the North Coastal Station served the warrant. They checked the main residence and a smaller structure located to the rear of the main residence.
