Carlsbad CA— The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce presents a Carlsbad Candidate Forum September 23, from 4-5:30PM virtually on zoom. The event provides voters with an opportunity to learn about and compare candidate positions on public issues in a neutral setting.
The forum features District 2 candidates Keith Blackburn and Lela Panagides along with District 4 candidates Teresa Acosta and Phil Urbina.
