Oceanside CA— Support local safely and early this holiday season through Shop Local Oceanside. A new shopping program funded by Oceanside Economic Development to support our Downtown small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, Shop Local Oceanside offers our community incentives and activities to shop locally now through-Sunday, Dec. 20, in Downtown Oceanside.
“The City of Oceanside is doing everything possible to help our small business community during these trying times and partnering with MainStreet Oceanside can assure that we keep our dollars locally,” said Michelle Geller, City of Oceanside economic development manager.
This socially distanced MainStreet program features an online coupon book, social media contests and giveaways, and in-store socially distanced shopping events. The Fifth Annual Merry Makers Fair and ‘Tis the Season Window Decorating Contest will also be returning to Downtown Oceanside.
“Frontwave Credit Union is a proud sponsor of MainStreet Oceanside Shop Local Oceanside activities during these uncertain times for many small businesses,” said Chip Dykes, director of community development. “At Frontwave Credit Union, we encourage you to support small businesses during the holiday season.”
