Oceanside CA— Oceanside Public Library is excited to announce the opening celebration of the Early Learning and Community Information Hub from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on August 11, 2021. The Early Learning and Community Information Hub is located within the Civic Center Library at 330 North Coast Highway in Oceanside. The public is invited to learn about the Hub’s offerings, meet the Hub mural artist, view a storytime, receive free children’s books and crafts, and enjoy refreshments. The Hub features the “Fishies” mural created by artist Amanda Oswald; early learning programs; parenting workshops; books for young children and their parents and caregivers; and information on local community services.
