Oceanside CA— The Scholastic Surf Series had their equipment trailer stolen early this morning. While their storage unit premises were being paved over the weekend, the trailer and all of their equipment was stolen from private premises. It has been reported this to the Oceanside Police Department and a case is open.
The Scholastic Surf Series (SSS) promotes the sport of surfing thru middle school and High school surf teams.  The SSS has 5 Divisions of High School Surf Teams and 2 Divisions of Middle Surf Teams in San Diego County.
