Update: This afternoon, Victoria Spriggs was found safe by members of the Oceanside Police Department.  OPD would like to thank neighboring Law Enforcement Agencies who assisted in the search, including the SDSO helicopter (ASTREA), as well as members of the community who provided information
Oceanside CA— Oceanside Police Dept seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person. Victoria Spriggs is a 32-year-old , Asian/white female, 5’10, 120 lbs. Last seen in the 3500 block of College Blvd this morning at 11:30 .
Victoria is autistic, unfamiliar with the area and frightened, may or may not be verbally responsive.
