Oceanside CA— New rules for riding the North County Transit District’s (NCTD) COASTER, SPRINTER, BREEZE, LIFT and FLEX go into effect tomorrow, February 1, 2015.
Beginning Sunday:

• Consumption or possession of open container of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on all NCTD vehicles and property including the COASTER
• Spill resistant beverage containers are required for all non-alcoholic beverages
• Consumption of food is prohibited on BREEZE, SPRINTER, LIFT and FLEX at all times. Light snacks are permitted on the COASTER only.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers is not permitted on any NCTD vehicle or property
