SAN MARCOS — Freedom to Rock and The Jumping Turtle Bar and Grill cohost the Rock for Tots Toy Drive for the Marines’ Toys for Tots Program on Dec. 7 starting at 7:30 p.m. The 21-and-over event will be held at The Jumping Turtle Bar and Grill, 1660 Capalina Road, Suite C, in San Marcos. Tickets are $5 plus one unwrapped toy or $10 without a toy.
