CARMEL VALLEY – The San Dieguito Union High School District offers a panel discussion, “Adolescent Subcultures and Current Drug Trends,” a presentation from Orange County covering the most up-to-date trends involving adolescents. Law enforecement officials from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and Juvenile Services Bureau will be on hand, in addition to San Diego Police Department juvenile officers. The panel takes place Nov. 8, 6-8 p.m., at the Torrey Pines High School Lecture Hall, 3710 Del Mar Heights Road. Information: 760-436-6136 ext. 6424.
