OCEANSIDE: Noted fish expert speaks to anglers March 1

OCEANSIDE — Dr. Chugey A. Sepulveda, a fish physiologist, is the guest speaker at the March 1 meeting of the Oceanside Senior Anglers. Sepulveda is an avid fisherman who has published more than 45 articles in various scientific publications on such topics as white seabass habitat, development of deep-set buoy gear for swordfish, and post-release survival and movement patterns of roosterfish. With a strong commitment to sustainable commercial and recreational fishing, Sepulveda will share his perspective on managing resources as a top marine biologist. The Oceanside Senior Anglers meeting is open to all anglers age 50 and above.
