SOLANA BEACH — The City Hall Gallery presents “An Artist’s Life,” showing the works of artist Ed Roxburgh, through Dec. 31. A reception is scheduled for Dec. 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Solana Beach City Hall, 635 S. Highway 101. The public is invited to attend.
