The art of the scam keeps getting more sophisticated as con artists probe for profits by altering the come-ons they use to hook the unsuspecting. Check your recent emails for communications that appear to be legitimate messages from PayPal and MetaMask.

The San Dieguito Union High School District announced May 14 that an unknown party gained access to employee email accounts last summer, an incident that predates an August 2019 malware attack on the district’s parent access portal.
