The Super Girl Surf Pro and Festival celebrates its 19th year at the Oceanside Pier this weekend. The international event runs Sept. 19-21, led by a World Surf League QS4000 women’s competition as well as live concerts and a variety of programming dedicated to empowering and uplifting women.
