ENCINITAS — The city of Encinitas presents is Summer Concerts by the Sea now through Aug. 17 at Moonlight Beach. Concerts go from 3 to 5 p.m. on the sand. This season’s lineup:
July 6: The Routine (rock/funk)
July 20: The Journeymen (Journey tribute)
Aug. 3: Betamaxx (’60s)
Aug. 17: The Devastators (reggae)
