Students at Discovery Isle Preschool in Oceanside hosted a food drive to benefit the San Diego Food Bank during the holiday season.
Throughout the month of November, students collected more than 400 nonperishable food items to help families in need during the holidays. Additionally, students collected hundreds of other items, including new and lightly used clothes, shoes, toys, diapers and more to benefit
Birthline of San Diego, a local charity that provides support to families in need with young children.
