Tri-City Medical Center and UC San Diego Health appear to have parted ways over a partnership that had been in the works for several months, according to a UC San Diego Health news release published Friday, July 26.
The Tri-City Healthcare District will partner with UC San Diego Health for management services after a unanimous vote of the district’s Board of Directors on Oct. 26, the two providers announced.
UC San Diego Health’s new Encinitas primary care center opened June 10. Located at 1505 Encinitas Blvd., the facility is on a site that has seen several incarnations over the past 45 years, from banks to restaurants.
