Palomar College football set to play on home turf for first time

The Palomar College Comets football team will be able to play home games on campus for the first time in the institution’s nearly 80-year history when a new stadium opens in September.

The Knights of San Marcos High School improved their record at 24-6 and rode a six-game win streak, advancing to the semifinal round of the Division I CIF Boys Basketball Tournament as they defeated the 11-19 Hornets of Lincoln High School by a 73-52 score on Feb. 17.
