The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce hosts its 60th Anniversary Celebration and Awards Dinner on Oct. 24 at ICA North, hosted by CBS 8 personality and Encinitas native Jeff Zevely, to honor local businesses and nonprofits that embody the spirit of the community.
